Hey guys! I haven't been using the website for almost a year (I think) so I'm truly sorry that i couldn't reply any sooner. And right now I'm going to quickly explain some points that people have misunderstood or are confused about it.
I have loved and always wanted to have an 'Alice in Wonderland' themed tattoo since I was 14, and I remember seeing a rabbit tattoo design online, which I loved so much!! But I then had lost the design and I drew some bits by memory, as well as drawing from many other references to come up with this design. I tried finding that one pic that I got reference from but I couldn't find it. I really wanted to find out the artist so that I could tell them I wanted to get it as a tattoo (but slightly altered).
I know it is a little weird to say, but I am hoping for that artist to find my pic. I actually don't mind them arguing with me a little. Yes, I do apologize for stealing some parts of your gorgeous design. But I do hope to say thank you for giving me a unique style that I would be more than happy to tattoo on my skin, and keep it until the day I die.
At the bottom it's suppose to spell out as 'Lara', but looking at the whole thing I think I need to re-design it.
So, once again. I'm really really really sorry for the misunderstanding, and I hope the original artist could forgive me for loving and stealing bits of their design. (And to be honest, this is one of the last pieces I've done that involves copying and stealing other people's ideas).
I hope that some other artists will do the same by not stealing ideas from other artists, and try to find their own style and feel proud to reveal their work to people.
Kinda reminds me of my tattoo done in March of 2008, just slightly altered. Oh wait... it is my tattoo slightly altered. If you are going to steal people's art, you should not claim that is is your own or at least give credit to the person. Yeah, it's mostly mine (though the rabbit alone was done by scramcandy and I added the clock, cheshire cat, and other symbols) and was inked by Dave at Liberty Tattoo in Libertyville IL on March 8, 2008. Really nice editing, but it's kind of all moot since you stole the majority of the design from pictures on the internet.
